At Skin Studio, we are committed to delivering your skincare products safely, quickly, and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Shipping Time

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time.
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

- Free Shipping on all orders of Rs. 2,999 or above.
- Orders below Rs. 2,999 will incur a standard delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order. Skin Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you for further instructions.

Shipping Invoice

A digital or printed invoice will be provided with every order, including product details, quantities, prices, applicable discounts, and shipping charges (if any).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
